SLC Management offers a mix of in-office and virtual work where our employees are empowered to do their best. Generally, employees are expected to work three or more days in-office each week with flexibility depending on their business, client and team needs.
Job Description:
Analyst, Sustainable Investing - SLC Management
What is in it for you:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Sustainable Investing, the Analyst, Sustainable Investing is responsible for helping coordinate the development and delivery of governance and administrative related functions and initiatives.
What you will do:
- Assist with planning and executing SLC’s Sustainability Committee and Sustainable Investment Council meetings, including documenting the outputs and actions; prepare regular reports for submission to Committees
- Work collaboratively with members of the sustainable investing team, enterprise risk management, and other constituents on the development of internal policies and procedures aligned with sustainable investing principles, corporate governance practices, and regulatory expectations
- Coordinate compliance efforts related to audits, reviews, and regulatory and internal corporate reporting, including data and document collection
- Help coordinate sustainability training sessions and materials for internal stakeholders and content providers
- Assist with development and presentation of annual training on sustainability policies and procedures
- Conduct required assessments of sustainable investing controls environment consistent with internal practices
- Maintain SLC’s relationships with key industry group memberships
- Manage other administrative requirements for the team, including record keeping, invoicing, etc.
- Support other sustainable investing projects within the team, as needed
What you will need to succeed:
- Minimum 0-3 years experience
Preferred skills:
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Familiarity with current sustainability governance, reporting and control frameworks (e.g., ISSB, TCFD, TNFD, etc.) a plus
- Detail oriented
- Problem solver/solution oriented
- A self-starter who is a team player
For US applicants the base salary range is $75.5k - $133k USD.
For Canada based applicants the base salary range is $58k - 100k CAD.

SLC Management is a regulated business, and this means that there are certain financial reporting and trading preclearance requirements for all employees.
