This is a non-union positionThe Manager Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis leads a team of FP&A professionals focused on annual, quarterly and monthly deliverables related to Enterprise Budgeting, Forecasting and Internal Reporting.
This role supports the Director with analysis of critical issues and opportunities identified in the Plan through extensive knowledge of business unit drivers.

Direct a team of FP&A professionals that develops and reports the enterprise-wide consolidated annual Budget; forecasts of anticipated consolidated results; and three year long-range plan and materials contained within the Strategic Plan. This includes ensuring congruence of the financial information with the plans and policies of the enterprise. As well, effective and comprehensive analysis is required to bring management focus to the critical underlying issues and opportunities identified in the projections in all of the businesses of the enterprise.
Oversees capital budget and forecast reporting, including quarterly Board reporting.
Manages monthly and quarterly internal financing reporting function, which includes the timely completion of the Flash Report and the Monthly Financial Results, both of which are distributed to the Executive Leadership Team;
Assists Investor Relations in crafting the appropriate messages for external audiences;
Facilitates Normalization Committee including oversight of timely and accurate normalization entries (prepared and reviewed by members of team);
Oversees two teams of ~8 staff members to ensure group deliverables are met, as well as to provide strong leadership and review of work performed by junior staff
Maintains and motivates an effective team of highly proficient professionals, providing them with opportunities to further develop their skills and abilities.
Champion innovation in pursuit of process excellence and efficiency supporting team development.
Establishes and maintains strong relationships with BU teams, as well as, Treasury, Tax, Risk, Corp Development, Investment Review, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy and Financial Reporting, to ensure that financial results are accurate and that financial projections are valid and incorporate their collective outlook.
Designated accountant (CPA) with 10+ years of accounting experience
Experienced people leader with proven ability to develop high performing teams
Strong analytical skills to validate and challenge information provided by various sources
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to challenge the status quo and inspire change.
Strong project management and team skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Prior experience in Oracle Cloud, Oracle EPBCS or other financial planning tools an asset
Prior experience with modelling complex organizations an asset
Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP an asset
Treasury and Investor Relations experience
FP&A experience
Office environment with low to moderate travel within North America

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
