Description
Consulting Experience Manager supporting Canadian client facing delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. The Successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, configuring and designing solutions, and ensuring that the Dynamics 365 F&O implementation aligns with organizational goals. The Functional Architect will provide leadership in integrating processes across finance, operations, supply chain, and other core business functions to enhance productivity and streamline workflows. Here’s a typical job description for this role
Skills & Qualifications Required:• Minimum of 7-9 years of prior D-365 F&O modules with hand-on project delivery experience as functional
consultant in client facing capacity
• Functional Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Record-to-report, Service-to-Cash, Transactional Finance value streams
and associated functional requirements to configure D-365 F&O module
• System Expertise: Experience in configuring and using F&O modules of D-365 software
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate across different functional teams to
implement or improve F&O solutions
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies, potential risks, and areas for process improvement.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with cross-functional teams and
clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Adaptability to a variety of industries, business cultures, and client needs.
Functional Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of core Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including finance, procurement, supply chain management,
manufacturing, and retail. - Experience in mapping business processes to Dynamics 365 F&O functionality and providing configuration and
customization solutions. - Strong knowledge of integration and data migration practices for Dynamics 365 F&O.
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 F&O architecture, cloud deployment, and best practices.
- Experience with data migration tools, integrations, and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) for
extending the capabilities of Dynamics 365. - Basic understanding of development concepts, such as X++ and integration patterns, though deep technical expertise is
not required.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing projects and guiding teams

Certifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Functional Consultant Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
