QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Leadership, Career Development, or a related field., and several years of progressive experience in leadership and Career Development or a related field
Experience
In planning, administering and coordinating training and development programs
In interpreting policies and procedures
In project management
In translating business strategies into training and development strategies
In preparing and delivering training and group seminars
In creating visual aids as support material for training courses
In providing advice and guidance to managers and clients
In using software for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, e-mail, and Internet browsing
Competencies
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTSBilingual (English and French) preferred. We are open to considering qualified unilingual candidates if bilingual candidates are not available.

OTHER INFORMATIONThis is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
