We seek a Strategic Sales Partnerships Manager to play a pivotal role in driving growth and fostering valuable relationships with key partners across various sectors. THINGS YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities)

Ensuring clear accountability for results based on the conversion of new business partnerships brought to ADP through wholesale/CBA channels as well as new clients referred by large firms.

Wholesale Strategy 40%):

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance ADP's presence in the wholesale market segment
  • Collaborate with Direct Managers to ensure alignment and success in wholesale sales efforts

Client-Based Acquisitions CBA) Focus 40%):

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities within the payroll service Bureau and Accounting Firm sectors
  • Lead acquisition initiatives from valuation to conversion, exceeding revenue and sales targets
  • Cultivate relationships with key industry players to facilitate successful acquisitions
  • Train and mentor sales teams in respective geographies to optimize acquisition strategies
  • Conduct compelling presentations to showcase the value proposition of ADP's acquisition program
  • Manage a portfolio of top acquisition prospects and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities

Large Firm Strategy 20%):

  • Drive awareness of ADP's market share objectives within the CPA community
  • Establish and nurture relationships with top CPA firms to drive new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted sales strategies and messaging
  • Participate in industry events to generate leads and stay informed of industry trends
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and report on sales activities consistently

EXPERIENCE YOU NEED: Required Qualifications

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

  • Minimum eight years of executive-level sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills across all mediums, including with C-level executives
  • Proven track record of success in partner-selling environments
  • Ability to proactively identify new opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships

BONUS POINTS FOR THESE: Preferred Qualifications

  • 4 + years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform or software sales
