Description
- (Internal Title-Project Management IV)
- Manage the full lifecycle of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems from design and, together with the testing and commissioning team, through commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems align with project goals.
- Work closely with MEP engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Review and approve MEP designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensue compliance with safety standards
- Conduct site inspections to monitor installation quality and adherence to specifications
- Resolve technical issues and construction challenges
- Ensure timely delivery of MEP systems and manage risk mitigation strategies
- Significantly contribute to successful and timely handover
- Prepare documentation, manuals, and training
- Report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholders such as TTC, City of Toronto and/or Metrolinx AMM (Asset Management and Maintenance)
