- (Internal Title: Cost Lead)
- Perform monthly vendor invoice reviews in META cost management systems.
- Validate CBS coding, billing accuracy, and SLA compliance.
- Support forecast updates, cash flow tracking, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable via Buy@ software to ensure on-time payment.
- Support onsite WIP walks to validate progress against invoicing.
- Support with change order processing including:
- Analyze Change Order submissions for accuracy and completeness.
- Process monthly Owner Change Orders according to established procedures.
- Evaluate changes and their impact on General Contractor collaboration terms, conditions, and contingency funds.
- Assist with PO tracking and cost reporting.
- Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports aligned with Meta close calendars.
- Maintain internal and external project budgets within respective software systems.
- Manage monthly forecasts, cash flows, variances and quarterly accrual reporting for all existing POs.
- Maintain and update project risk register in accordance with risk management best practices
- Communicate with vendors and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Support financial closeout of internal budgets, vendor POs, etc. at project completion.
- Respond to ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from leadership.
- Provide data accuracy and quality assurance/quality control (“QAQC”) checks across information technology platforms including, Unifier and Buy@
- Support ad-hoc costs analyses
- Provide the execution backbone for invoice accuracy, forecasting reliability, and payment discipline.
- Provide finance-focused cost analysis and Meta system fluency to ensure accurate reporting, strong financial governance, and credible decision support across Mega Campus programs.
- Prepare and review project controls gate deliverables with Project Managers and Engineers
- Complete any tasks assigned by the supervisor in an efficient and timely manner
- WORKING CONDITIONS
- Remote, with some occasional travel to the U.S.

- Minimum of 3-7 years of related experience on large capital projects
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Data Analytics or another cost / construction focused
- Must have experience in Quantity Surveying
- Registered for and seeking AACE CCP, CEP, PSP, PRMP, EVP, or PMI equivalent
- Has completed equivalent training or successfully passed designated proficiency testing in lieu of the above
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus
- Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials.
- Proficient in the use of advanced functions in CostX to produce estimates, bills, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook & PowerPoint) at an appropriate level
- Comprehensive knowledge of practices and procedures involved in project controls, with proven experience in the construction process
- In-depth understanding of Business Administration concepts with emphasis on scheduling principles combined with a good knowledge of budget and cost control concepts
- Excellent competency in MRP systems including MAXIMO and EcoSys, WorkDay, is considered an asset
- Demonstrated experience with systems including extensive relational database design concepts and spreadsheets to correlate operational and financial data (Sr Level)
- In-depth experience in computer-based scheduling systems (Primavera P6 and MS Project)
- Solid understanding of core project control concepts (WBS, RBS, CBS, CPM-based scheduling, and Earned Value)
- Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership
- Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
- Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving technical information (written and verbal)
- Must foster positive relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
- Independently tailor technical information for different audiences through presentations, reports, and other means
- Expert ability to work collaboratively and independently in a structured, disciplined, technology-driven environment
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
Role Location Annual Salary Range
Ontario $140,000 to $190,000
