You Are
Passionate about security, love what you do and have a genuine desire to outsmart the bad guys. You have the experience to analyze a clients’ security posture, anticipate security requirements and help find right-sized solutions based on industry leading practices. You have a proven track record working successfully in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’re a creative, analytical problem solver with above average documentation skills who can speak to both technical and non-technical audiences. Can apply deep security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets and people for Accenture and our clients. You are eager to put your skills to use by helping us help our clients inject security at every level of their organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Working directly with clients and Accenture teams in a multi-disciplined team structure, designing and implementing IAM solutions across a variety of vendor products
• Leading client engagements and providing subject matter expertise to clients and engagement teams
• Developing deep working relationships with Senior Executives and Senior Managers across the account teams and clients.
• Understanding the business direction of companies and creating optimized IAM architectures to meet their business needs.
• Assisting Accenture Leadership in business development activities such as client proposals, thought leadership and participation at industry events
• Building knowledge capital through research and development and leveraging industry insights to deliver best of breed expertise to clients.
• Helping grow Accenture’s security practice across North America through thought leadership and entrepreneurialism
Job Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IAM, including designing and architecting solutions based on client requirements.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with configuration and implementation of MS identity solutions (Entra ID, Azure AD etc) and /or CIAM solutions (Ping, Okta etc)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, including experience managing engagements with responsibility for overseeing project delivery, timelines and resources (including onshore and offshore teams)
Preferred Skills:
• Prior work experience serving C-Level clients as a security consultant
• Industry-adopted security certifications (e.g. CISSP), as well as IAM vendor or industry certifications
• In possession of, or able to qualify for, Canadian security clearance
Professional Skills:
• Demonstrated creativity in complex problem solving and ability to work under pressure
• Strong project/program management experience
• Ability to take business problems, existing processes and technology and translate these into service and process requirements
• Effective communicator with great interpersonal skills and the ability to be credible with clients
• Strong analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach
• High energy levels and commitment to stringent timelines
• Ability to innovate and multi-task with minimal oversight
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present documentation and influence decision making
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in professional setting; either military or civilian
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
