Job Description

Title: 3704: Communications Senior Analyst

Role Purpose:

The Senior Analyst in People Engagement (PE) will support the PE Lead, Reinvention Services with execution, tracking, and reporting of people communications and engagement initiatives across Reinvention Services. This role is crucial for driving people engagement in the new Reinvention Services Organization, amplifying strategic messages from our leaders, business messages, and enabling the newly formed Reinvention Services community with assets, reusable communications, key messages, toolkits, etc. that will help achieve our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide program management support for complex cross service and function communications programs supporting the office of the Chief Strategy and Services Officer.

  • Collaborate with PE Business Partners, M+C teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to activate approved messaging.

  • Assist in creating content for Viva Engage, display screens, and Good Morning Accenture in consultation with the PE lead.

  • Monitor and report on engagement metrics, synthesizing data for easy reading and action by PE leads. Proficiency in Co-pilot, MS Excel, and Adobe Analytics is required.

  • Participate in global PE calls and help activate functional playbooks and process documentation.

  • Provide backup support during team members' downtime.

  • This role will also provide dedicated execution support to our Avanade joint venture, as a communications specialist and work directly with the PE Business Partner and CMO of Avanade on key special programs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, or a related field.

  • Minimum 12 months of Internal Communication, Marketing, Corporate Communication or similar role experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a matrixed global organization.

  • Experience working in a professional Services organization.

  • Strong writing and editing skills for various formats (social, headlines, etc.).

  • Comfortable to experiment using Gen AI to create efficiencies for the team, especially to consolidate and report work.

  • Experience in employee engagement.

  • Proficiency working with Gen AI tools for day-to-day working and creating content collaterals (e.g., Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Clipchamp, Adobe Express, Canva etc.).

  • Program Management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-cultural teams.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Works closely with the People Comms Delivery team, Canvas, HR, Change Management, and M+C Experiences.

  • Supports PE Business Partners with tools, training, and insights to drive communications effectiveness.
