As a human resources technician, you will be responsible for planning and organizing various services for staff (payroll, benefits, employee assistance programs, labor relations, etc.), as well as in the process of recruiting and welcoming new employees into the organization.

Schedule: Monday to Friday daytime
Salary: to be discussed depending on experience
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the manager in the application and respect of laws related to human resources management
- Collaborate on the various residence committees if required
- Conduct research, collect and compile data, complete certain reports and send relevant documentation to the persons concerned
- Ensure the administrative management of social benefits
- Ensure the administrative management, planning and organization of continuing education
- Participate in employee evaluations in collaboration with the department manager
- Participate in management committees to improve processes
- Update the various databases in Excel
- Take responsibility for staffing in your area; onboard, train and integrate new personnel
- DEC or AEC in administration/human resources management or training deemed equivalent
- Have at least 1 year of experience in human resources management
