POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance, the analyst will occupy a central position in the preparation and validation of management reports and invoicing. The ideal candidate ensures the completeness and accuracy of transactions relating to the Management Company. He is responsible for monthly analyzes of balance sheet accounts. In addition, the candidate will have to put in place adequate procedures and monitor them constantly.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze the balance sheet accounts of the management company monthly
  • Ensure close monitoring of accounts receivable
  • Establish and maintain good business relationships with the various financial, operational teams, customers, suppliers and external auditors
  • Execute required internal controls
  • Participate in the budgetary process of corporate companies
  • Participate in the external audit for corporate companies
  • Participate in various continuous improvement or system implementation projects
  • Perform any other related task at the request of your supervisor
  • Produce various reports for management
  • Review charges and validate invoices to ensure their quality
  • Supervise the accounts receivable technician
  • Work closely with the director to improve processes
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analyst or accounting position
  • Hold a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation an asset
