Senior Top-Secret cleared Business Analyst to assist the requirements gathering and reporting for legacy modernization initiatives in the federal governmen

Our valued Public Sector client is in need of a Senior Top-Secret cleared Business Analyst to assist the requirements gathering and reporting for multi-year modernization initiatives.

Background:

Our client is currently working on several modernization initiatives which includes the integration of COTS products within their government legacy RDIMS (GCDocs) System. In order to support these initiatives the Business Analyst will be working with the development team to gather and report on requirements, progress and obstacles and present to senior management to ensure effective milestone delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops and discussion groups to discuss project goals, alignments and areas in which require additional actioning from a business perspective.
• Create User Journey Mapping to develop a future state business process diagram which identify how stakeholders will interact with systems.
• Perform Business Process Modelling providing guidance on future areas of improvement.
• Translate technical to functional (and vice versa) business requirements to ensure that both their technical and functional team are aligned.

Must have:

• 10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the federal government
• Experience working with GCDocs
• Experience assisting in the development of an Information Management (IM) Strategy
• Active Top-Secret (Level 3) federal clearance
