Int. Business Analyst to facilitate process improvements within the financial industry
Must Have
- 6 years as a BA
- 3-4 years experience with SaaS solutions (Jira, ServiceNow, etc)
- 5 years working within an Agile environment. experience in working across a Agile practice team
Nice to have:
- Financial Industry experience
Description of duties:
- Knowledge of systems analysis and design concepts
- Investigates solution options for automation and simplification of business processes
- Document and execute user story acceptance tests
- Provide user story and solution support to team members
- Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents
- Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders
- Able to effectively lead demos and presentation
- Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release
