Our major energy client is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Manager to lead the development and implementation of change strategies for a downstream optimization program (8401)
Must Haves:
- 15+ years experience as an Organizational Change Manager (OCM) supporting complex transformational projects in a large corporation
- Oil and gas experience, ideally within the commercial aspects of refining
- Post-secondary degree or diploma and accreditation in change methodology (PROSCI, CCMP)
