Our leading energy client is in search of an Intermediate Land Analyst specializing in Third-Party Crossing Management and land-related agreements for pipeline integrity projects. (12012)


Must Haves:

  • 4 + Years experience within third-party crossing management:
  • Experience conducting right-of-way analysis and land or pathway right-of-way assessments.
  • Navigating regulatory requirements and prepare consent agreements for third-party crossings.
  • Knowledge of Canada Energy Regulator, Alberta Energy Regulator, and BC Oil and Gas Commission regulations regarding pipelines and damage prevention.
  • Working experience with Pandell, Landworks or SharePoint

Nice to Haves:

  • Professional Land Management (PLM) certificate/diploma
  • Bilingual, English and French.
