Elementary Teacher
We are accepting teacher applications for grades 1 to 5 from all new education graduates and experienced teachers from across Canada.
We want to hear from you if you are someone who:
Possesses a strong educational background and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching
Has the ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans to meaningful influence on the lives of young learners
Demonstrates the willingness and ability to collaborate effectively with fellow educators, Learning Resource professionals, Educational Assistants, and parents
Exhibits proficiency in utilizing online platforms and technology
Has a valid BC Teaching Certification. Teaching certificates from other Canadian provinces and territories are acceptable however an application for a BC Teaching Certificate must be submitted.
Is legally entitled to work in Canada.
Our Unique Programs:
Dasmesh Punjabi School offers a range of unique programs that enable students to immerse themselves in Punjabi culture and language. In addition to adhering to the BC Ministry Curriculum, we integrate Sikh Studies and music programs. Our students actively participate in daily Sikh prayers, Kirtan, and Ardaas from Kindergarten through Grade 12, which cultivates a profound understanding of Sikhism.
