General Manager, Retail Food Services

Compensation Range: $100,000-120,000

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Responsible for the strategic leadership of a multi-unit site
• Manage client relations
• Work in collaboration with client and team to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Create a positive work environment for all employees
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the success of financial goals
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Develop and engage your team towards operational excellence
• Play a key role in contributing to business retention, sales and business growth

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• University Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in multi-unit management
• Demonstrated experience in Corporate and/or Campus Food Services
• Experience in managing and negotiating collective bargaining agreements is an asset
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a diverse team
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop, manage, analyze and interpret a budget to make data based financial decisions
• Effective planning, organizing and time management skills
• Ability to build strong business relationships
• Demonstrated people development skills
