Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity?This position involves Production and Operations Support within a portfolio of 10 AML IT applications. The applications are built on platforms such as Mainframe, Windows, Linux, and AIX, Cloud, Hadoop and OCP. This role is key to ensure service level agreement commitments are achieved on a daily basis by recognizing, prioritizing and escalating issues of urgency to ensure Regulatory deadlines are met and end users are minimally affected. This role will work alongside other Production Analysts/Leads, Development Leads, Release Management Support and Application/Infrastructure teams with a primary goal to ensure minimum to no application service disruptions occur. Of key importance is to possess a drive to learn and understand how these applications work and when they have issues to maintain ongoing status communications to affected stakeholders until issue has been resolved.
