Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Tech Lead to join our Retirement delivery team and our Global Wealth and Asset Management Salesforce Center of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and administration, as well as experience in the retirement or financial services industry more broadly. The Salesforce Tech Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce solutions to support our business processes and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet the specific needs of the retirement industry
  • Collaborate with business collaborators to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce
  • -Manage and maintain existing Salesforce configuration, customizations, and integrations
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators aligned with our corporate standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure standard methodologies are followed, and provide mentorship to junior team members
  • Stay ahead of with Salesforce technologies and standard methodologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Work closely with multi-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
  • - Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Solid understanding of retirement industry processes and standard methodologies
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations
  • -Superb communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business collaborators and technical teams
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Primary Location

CAN, Ontario, Toronto, 250 Bloor Street East

Salary range is expected to be between

$107,730.00 CAD - $200,070.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
