SIGA Informatique is proud to announce that we have been certified as a Great Place to Work® after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute® Canada. This certification is based on employee evaluations provided as part of a comprehensive and anonymous survey about their workplace experience.
Nancy Fonseca, Senior Vice President of Great Place to Work® Canada, states that a good workplace depends on the level of trust employees have in their leaders, the level of pride they take in their work, and how much they value their colleagues. "Our data shows that good workplaces experience better financial performance, reduced voluntary turnover, and higher customer satisfaction compared to their peers. Additionally, trust-based work environments are ripe for innovation, agility, resilience, and efficiency," Fonseca said.
SIGA's Gift: SIGA annually gives a gift valued at approximately $750 to all employees, which varies slightly depending on the previous year's results, to thank employees for their contribution.
SIGA Activities: SIGA organizes a minimum of 3 activities per year for all employees. This includes a sports, cultural, or festive activity during working hours.
SIGA's Half-Hour: SIGA offers employees who work on Fridays the opportunity to leave at 4:30 p.m. while being paid until 5:00 p.m.
