OB DESCRIPTION

  • Receive and deliver orders

  • Supply parts to service department technicians

  • Track and follow up on orders

  • Assist with customer phone inquiries

  • Invoice parts and service

  • Follow up with customers and suppliers in English

  • Perform purchasing and enter invoices into the computer system

  • Prepare all receiving and shipping documentation

  • Must be able to lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally

  • Must have experience operating a forklift

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Google Suite

  • Bilingual: French / English, spoken and written

  • Highly organized

  • Self-motivated and autonomous

JOB DETAILS

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site

  • Salary based on experience: $21.00 to $28.00 per hour

  • Benefits after 3 months
