What does your role involve?
You ensure the smooth operation of the building and its equipment, responding quickly to requests and technical emergencies. You provide a reliable and proactive presence, contribute to the hotel’s preventive maintenance, and work on essential systems such as refrigeration, air conditioning and heating to guarantee a safe and high-performing environment.
Required qualifications
- Solid basic knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, electricity and other areas related to general maintenance
- Good skills in the construction trades
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Initiative, autonomy and versatility
- Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends (mandatory)
- Good presentation, enthusiasm and interpersonal skills
