Lumar Ideal II Inc. is currently looking for a assembler for its St-Jean sur Richelieu plant.

As an assembler, your main tasks will be:
  • test and observe electrical, electronic and mechanical components and systems using testing and measure equipment
  • locate and repair faults in electric motors, transformers, swichgear, and other electromechanical equipment
  • test, repair or replace defective wiring or components in electrical devices to ensure proper performance
  • carry out machining work to refurbish or modity equipment or other parts
  • be required to assist in pre-assembly
  • Ensure the good condition of the equipment being used

Requested skills

  • Speak French (mandatory), English (a great asset);
  • Have 0-2 years of experience
  • Hold a secondary IV and college diploma
  • Good manual skills and dexterity;
  • Have good vision;
  • Thoroughness and precision de detail;
  • Have a valide driver's license;
  • Have good judgement;
  • Able to work standing for long periods;
  • Able to be automous and proactive
