Description

Desmarais & Gagné Inc. is specialized in metal processing, robotic welding and other fabrication processes. The company has provided quality and precision to its customers for more than four decades. We are currently looking for a welder to fill a day or an evening shift position. Do you want to join a dynamic team and an organization where challenges abound? Apply now!

Functions;

MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding;
Assemble parts from drawings, specifications and welding jigs;
Knowledge of TIG and MIG welding processes in steel, aluminum and stainless steel;
Prepare parts and/or raw materials;
Inspect parts;
Ability to read various plans and perform the installation;
Perform all other related tasks.

Working conditions;

Permanent full-time position: 40 hours
Evening schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 15:30 to 2:00 (Four-day workweek!)

Daytime schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 to 16:30
Friday: 7:00 to 11:00 (Early finish)

Requested skills

Experience as a welder (Mig, Tig, Rod etc.);
CWB certification (An asset);
Welding-Assembly training (An asset);
