Looking to launch your career in construction and sharpen your estimation expertise? Join our team as a Junior Estimator and be part of exciting projects that shape the future of our communities.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates (materials, labor, subcontracting) from plans and specifications

• Support the bidding process: analysis, recommendations, negotiations

• Contribute to cost tracking and reporting throughout projects

• Help maintain a strong network of suppliers and subcontractors

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers

Requested skills

The Ideal Profile:

DEC in Civil Engineering or AEC in Estimation (Bachelor’s degree an asset)
1–3 years of experience or internship in estimation / construction (asset)
Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of estimation software (PlanSwift, etc.) a plus
Strong communication skills in French and English
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
