Yuzu sushi is currently looking for an operator/manager for two Yuzu express counters on the Island of Montreal. Possibility of investment with the aim of becoming co-owner of the franchise.

Being 100% involved in operations, you will be responsible for managing operations, human resources and customer service. You will be the resource person for your team and for your clients, in addition to ensuring compliance with current standards and procedures.

More specificly:

Participates in daily operations tasks;
Monitors operating costs;
Takes inventory and places orders;
Carry out inspection tours;
Ensure that the training of your employees is adequate;
Manages weekly schedules;
Ensures customer satisfaction;
Follows up on customer complaints;
Performs all other tasks related to his position.
