Role and Responsibilities User Support
- Receive, analyze, and process support requests
- Diagnose and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents (hardware, software, network)
- Escalate more complex issues to external consultants
- Support and train users on technology tools (M365, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, etc.)
Equipment and Workstation Management
- Install, configure, and deploy workstations according to standards
- Configure printers, peripherals, and all related equipment
- Perform software updates and security patches
- Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the IT infrastructure
- Handle procurement of IT equipment
Access and Identity Administration
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory / Microsoft Entra in collaboration with external consultants
- Administer Office 365 licenses and access in collaboration with external consultants
- Apply security policies (MFA, passwords, privileges)
- Manage access for employee onboarding and offboarding
IT Security
- Participate in user awareness initiatives regarding cybersecurity best practices
- Contribute to IT department security projects and initiatives
Continuous Improvement
- Thoroughly document diagnostics, solutions, and procedures using existing tools
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base
- Participate in continuous process improvement
- Contribute to technology development projects
Candidate Profile Education and Experience
- DEP in IT Support, DEC in Computer Science, or recognized equivalent
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support
Required Technical Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
- Knowledge of Active Directory / Microsoft Entra and GPO management
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
- Knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems
Skills and Abilities

- Strong attention to detail, organization, and rigor
