Role and Responsibilities User Support
  • Receive, analyze, and process support requests
  • Diagnose and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents (hardware, software, network)
  • Escalate more complex issues to external consultants
  • Support and train users on technology tools (M365, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, etc.)
Equipment and Workstation Management
  • Install, configure, and deploy workstations according to standards
  • Configure printers, peripherals, and all related equipment
  • Perform software updates and security patches
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets
  • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the IT infrastructure
  • Handle procurement of IT equipment
Access and Identity Administration
  • Manage user accounts in Active Directory / Microsoft Entra in collaboration with external consultants
  • Administer Office 365 licenses and access in collaboration with external consultants
  • Apply security policies (MFA, passwords, privileges)
  • Manage access for employee onboarding and offboarding
IT Security
  • Participate in user awareness initiatives regarding cybersecurity best practices
  • Contribute to IT department security projects and initiatives
Continuous Improvement
  • Thoroughly document diagnostics, solutions, and procedures using existing tools
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base
  • Participate in continuous process improvement
  • Contribute to technology development projects
Candidate Profile Education and Experience
  • DEP in IT Support, DEC in Computer Science, or recognized equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support
Required Technical Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Active Directory / Microsoft Entra and GPO management
  • Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
  • Knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent ability to diagnose and solve problems independently
  • Outstanding customer service skills and professionalism at all times
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and rigor
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
  • Team spirit and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual French/English
Assets
  • Experience in manufacturing and warehouse environments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure / Intune / Entra
  • Experience with Windows Server (2016 to 2022)
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+, or Microsoft equivalent are considered an asset
