CUPE 2331 Permanent Secretary - eLearn
BAND H - $34.28 - $36.30 (Subject to change based on job evaluation)

Hours per Week: 17.5 (B Days, Tuesday, Thursday and alternate Fridays)
Location: Instructional Services, Catholic Education Centre
Position Summary:
Under the direction and supervision of the Student Success Specialist, the Secretary, eLearn is responsible for eLearn registration, the tracking and scheduling processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy in system level SIS and OnSIS data and reports of our YCDSB eLearning program both during the school year and summer school.
Major Responsibilities:
· Assisting with creating new users and assigning in PRISM.
· Working with Guidance teams to resolve schedule conflicts.
· Entering, updating and correcting student information as needed in Edsembli Data and PRISM/D2L Brightspace.
· Distributing report cards.
· Verifying all eLearn grades are entered into Edsembili.
· Correct discrepancies between Edsembli Data and PRISM/D2L Brightspace.
· Creating, reviewing, and modifying eLearn sections.
· Working in close collaboration with the Admissions team and SIS Helpdesk.
· Attendance reporting as directed.
· Answering all emails and phone calls.
· Printing and sending eLearn and CVO promotional materials to all eLearn high schools.
· Other related tasks, as required.
Qualifications:
Education:
· High school graduation plus an additional specialized program/course of up to one year or equivalent.
Experience:
· A minimum of two years of experience is required.
Skills and Competencies:
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
· Proficiency in Edsembli, Prism, and Canva
· Customer service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Accuracy and attention to detail.
The above position is posted in accordance with CUPE 2331 Collective Agreement Article 12.01. The salary will be as per placement on the Salary Grid of the current CUPE 2331 Collective Agreement.
