Description
This position revolves around supporting and installing commercial grade customers, opening support tickets and troubleshooting various kinds of dedicated connections ranging from wireless point to point to fibre. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot via phone call and email, providing timely updates to repairs and remote fixes.
Key responsibilities include:-Answering support calls
-Responding to support emails
-Troubleshooting various links
-Configuring equipment ranging from switches to wireless radios
-Taking on multiple tickets
-Possess 2+ years of technical support work, Cisco knowledge will be considered an asset.
-2+ years of networking experience
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tickets effectively
-Good communication/customer service skills
