Description
The data-driven and strategic Manager of Marketing Analytics and Insights leads the evaluation and optimization of marketing campaigns across all channels. This role will be instrumental in turning data into actionable insights, guiding campaign strategy, and improving marketing ROI.
Key responsibilities include:• Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital, traditional, and partner channels.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketing and business stakeholders.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
• Collaborate with campaign managers to test hypotheses and refine tactics.
• Design and implement measurement frameworks for multi-channel campaigns.
• Support marketing attribution modeling and customer journey analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, product, sales, and finance.
• Present findings and insights to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
• Contribute to a culture of data excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign analysis, or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics, attribution models, and customer segmentation.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience garnering buy-in from all levels of a large organization including senior leadership by leveraging your strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders that enable the successful co-creation of initiatives that yield positive outcomes to the business
• Excellent attention to detail with an ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and programs efficiently
• Results orientation, proactive bias for action
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate a compelling vision supported by strong leadership and motivational skills.
