Xplore is seeking a Manager - Business Analysis to join the Business Analytics and Planning team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving in-depth analysis of key business metrics such as subscriber trends and ARPU (Average Revenue Per User). You will partner closely with the BI and geospatial teams to enhance the cadence and quality of reporting, ensuring accurate, actionable insights are delivered in a timely manner. This role is critical in providing senior leadership with the analytical insights needed to inform strategic decisions.
The position will report to the Senior Manager of Planning and will work closely with the VP of Business Analytics. If you are results driven, detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, you will thrive in this role.
• Analyze subscriber and ARPU performance data to identify key drivers, trends, and variances including insights by market and competitive footprint
• Lead the process and cadence of weekly and monthly results reviews, collaborating with BI and geospatial teams to ensure data accuracy and insight depth.
• Translate leadership takeaways into actionable reporting and analysis deliverables, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on underperforming areas using a hypothesis-driven approach to uncover root causes and opportunities.
• Enhance and automate reporting processes partnering with BI to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, technology, and analytics teams to drive insights and continuous improvement in reporting practices.
• Present insights clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in business analysis, performance management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of ARPU, subscriber dynamics, and revenue analysis in a B2C context (e.g., telecom, media, technology).
• Proficiency with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL).
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on hypothesis-driven analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business functions and influence decisions.
• Experience working with geospatial data (preferred but not mandatory).
• Detail oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive, self-starter who takes ownership and follows through on commitments
