We are seeking a Director, Revenue Enablement and Execution to join our team. This role ensures that sellers, managers and partners are equipped, trained, coached and operationally enabled to deliver predictable revenue outcomes. This is a results-driven execution role, focused on sales readiness, performance management, cadence, tool adoption and efficiency, supporting with onboarding and field discipline.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end sales enablement across identified sales channels
- Design and deliver onboarding, ramp and continuous enablement programs sales teams and leaders.
- Ensure all sales teams are equipped with clear value propositions, Sales plays and talk tracks, objection handling frameworks, competitive intelligence.
- Partner with Strategy, Marketing and other stakeholders to operationalize new offers, campaigns and motions.
- Establish and enforce consistent sales execution rhythms for performance reviews, funnel hygiene, forecasting discipline and activity outcome tracking.
- Identify execution gaps and implement corrective actions quickly
- Diagnose performance issues and partner with stakeholders to effect improvement
- Build structured training and coaching programs
- Act as the execution bridge between critical stakeholders and sales teams
- Manage and track annual sales enablement and execution budget,
- Track ROI on enablement investments to ensure most effective spend to increase outcomes
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 5+ years of experience managing sales operation, leadership, sales enablement or revenue operations.
- Experience enabling multi-segment sales teams
- Proven track record improving sales execution and performance at scale
- Experience working closely with Sales Leaders and Marketing teams
- Strong execution mindset with operational rigor
- Deep understanding of sales motions, funnel management, coaching methodologies and execution
- Highly skilled at effective collaboration with cross functional leaders and teams
- Results oriented and data driven
- Excellent communicator and change leader
- Demonstrate experience managing sales operations or enablement budgets and tying spend to business outcomes
