The switchboard operator is responsible for courteous and effective telephone, paging and inquiry services for the hospital.
- At least one-year previous experience as a telephone operator or one-year receptionist experience essential, preferably in a health care setting.
- Experience in the use of an ATD application preferred.
- Experience in windows environment essential.
- Grade 12 education.
- Medical Terminology certificate preferred.

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
