Temporary Speech Language Pathologist
Salary- $68,775-$94,332 Based on Education
Reporting to the Superintendent of Education responsible for special education, the successful individual will be responsible for the assessment and treatment of communication disorders.
This position is not for an existing vacancy and is being posted to cover an employee on pregnancy/parental leave
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology as well as membership in College of Audiologist and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
- Ability to provide assessment, program consultation and treatment as required for children with communicative impairments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with school personnel and members of interdisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to undertake itinerant duties
- Previous work experience with school age children would be an asset.
