The goal of this program is to foster independence to clients at home. Designed for a person who might need help to continue to living independently with a focus on client\u2019s with Alzheimer's Disease, dementia or cognitive impairment.\u00A0\u00A0

• \u00A0 \u00A0 \u00A0 \u00A0Personal Support Worker (PSW) or Developmental Services Worker (DSW) or Home Support Worker (Level I, II, III)\u00A0or\u00A0Health Care Aide\u00A0(HCA) Certificate
• \u00A0 \u00A0 \u00A0 \u00A0Internationally educated nurses and\u00A0Nursing students are eligible to apply
• \u00A0 \u00A0 \u00A0 Current Standard First Aid Certificate or CPR level C Certificate required
• \u00A0 \u00A0 \u00A0 \u00A0A valid driver\u2019s license and access to a reliable vehicle is required
• \u00A0 \u00A0 \u00A0 \u00A0Current Criminal Records Check including a Vulnerable Sector Search and/or a Child Abuse Registry Check is required
