Concierge Site Supervisor
Job location: GTA, Toronto
Pay: $20-$22/hr (40 hrs a week, usually Monday – Friday, 7 am – 3 pm)

Responsibilities

  • Create strong relationships with [property management and condo board members
  • Support concierge staff
  • Review reports, daily logs, identify issues and update submissions
  • Display a professional image and courteous manner in all communication to clients
  • Schedule and oversee staff in building
  • Provide coverage for staff who are away, sick or on leave. If unable to find coverage, supervisor must cover the shift
  • Escalate site related concerns issues directly with the area manager
  • Keep an up-to-date record to report on day-today operations
  • Maintain a list of emergency procedure and phone numbers
  • Conduct daily parcel audits and immediately notify the area manager of any discrepancies
  • Provide performance feedback to area manager on regular basis
  • Ensure building surveillance equipment/systems are working and accessible to staff
  • Ensure condominium safety an emergency procedure is followed
  • Resolve employee complaints or escalate to area manager
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Experience in security / concierge services +2 years
  • Valid Ontario security license is a must
  • Able to commute to various GTA locations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior customer service skills, including exceptional telephone etiquette
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Security experience an asset

Requested skills

Must have Security License 
Must have at least 2-3 years experience
Must have at least 2 years High-rise Security experience
Muts have reliable transportation to GTA sites
