YOUR ROLE

As a Health and Safety Coordinator, you will act as a key prevention resource on construction sites and support teams in the application of health and safety standards and best practices.

Specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a strong field presence and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements on construction sites.
  • Conducting inspections, identifying hazards and recommending corrective measures.
  • Participating in investigations and analyses of incidents, accidents and near misses.
  • Leading HSE meetings, safety orientations and awareness activities.
  • Supporting managers and workers in the application of procedures, programs and regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing reports, follow-ups and documentation related to health and safety.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of a proactive and engaging safety culture.
