Job Title: Brand Ambassador - Field/Outside Sales

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to promote our vaporizer products across Quebec. This role focuses on marketing, customer service, and sales, requiring extensive knowledge of the vape industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-person visits to a minimum of 10 stores per day throughout Quebec area.
  • Set up marketing displays and manage product promotions in stores and wholesalers.
  • Educate store owners about our products by providing training on product features and conducting product demonstrations.
  • Assist store owners with sourcing products and offer samples.
  • Collect required information through in-store conversations and surveys, focusing on customer preferences and store feedback.
  • Manage and curate the company’s Instagram account to engage with customers and promote products.
  • Deliver marketing materials and maintain relationships with distributors.
  • Conduct market and consumer research to support company initiatives.
  • Attend trade shows and events (up to 20% travel) to represent the brand and engage with customers.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports on market insights and performance metrics.

Requested skills

Qualifications:
  • Must be fluent in French and English
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Prior customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a sales-focused role is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of the vape industry, particularly in product types such as disposables, pod systems, and box mods.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for the past 3 years and a personal vehicle.
  • Strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and advance your career in the vaping industry.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to climb and work from heights ranging from 9 to 12 feet.
  • Ability to access and work in limited and confined spaces.
  • Ability to visually inspect and manipulate merchandise and advertising displays.
  • Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Ability to drive up to 250 miles per day.

Compensation:

  • Full-time position with a base salary plus bonuses for achieving performance goals.
  • Mileage reimbursements for travel.
