Description
Role: As the Marketing & Web Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving our brand presence across Canada and the United States. You will oversee all marketing initiatives, including strategy, advertising, web presence, promotions, graphic design, and multimedia content. Your mission: showcase our products, strengthen our market position, and support the growth of our distributor network.
Main responsibilities:
- Strategy & Market Analysis

Gather information on target markets and identify communication and advertising strategies to promote our products and expand our distributor network.

Analyze market data and public opinion to understand the interests and concerns of key groups.

Interpret competitor data and other relevant information to help improve product and service quality.

Develop, translate, design, and implement marketing strategies approved by management.

Advise management, business development representatives, and sales advisors on the most effective promotional strategies.

Plan and execute advertising campaigns for print and digital media.

Create promotional brochures, manuals, and other marketing materials, and ensure accurate translation (French ↔ English).

Evaluate product features and create professional videos for distribution across our network.

Produce a complete promotional video (CD/Web) for trade shows, marketing initiatives, and information requests.

Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand identity.

Maintain and update our transactional website, ensuring product listings, prices, and photos are accurate and up to date.

Program and code the website to reflect the company’s image and support its growth.

Develop and implement web marketing strategies and maintain an active presence on social media and online sales platforms.

Participate in national and international trade shows to present our latest products and conduct market research.

Perform any other related tasks as needed.

University degree or relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Bilingual (French and English).
