Purpose of the Position:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Manager to join our team in Saint-Denis-de-Brompton. You will be responsible for implementing our marketing strategies while managing administrative operations. More specifically, your day-to-day work with us will look like:

  • • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products.
  • • Manage social media and the company website.
  • • Conduct market analyses to identify new opportunities.
  • • Manage daily administrative management, including invoicing and order tracking.
  • • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • • Perform all tasks related to distribution network management.
  • • Possibility of involvement in several administrative and accounting tasks.
  • • Update various databases in Excel.
  • • Conduct research, collect and compile data, complete certain reports, and forward relevant documentation to the appropriate personnel.
  • • Ensure high-level customer service.

The ideal candidate has:

  • • A degree in marketing, communications, Management or a similar field.
  • • Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English. • Proficiency in IT tools (Exell, ERP Pack Office, management software).
  • • Ease in using computer tools
  • • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • • Aptitude for teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
