Upon receiving a new order, verify the requested delivery date with Production and ensure the order is confirmed with the client by either confirming the requested date or providing the best available date approved by the Director of Operations.

Confirm orders with clients.

Track orders in the production schedule.

Process customer order invoicing.

Coordinate transportation for shipments to customers and subcontractors, including obtaining transportation quotes.

Prepare shipping and/or customs documentation.

Follow up on customer orders, while assisting the Planning Coordinator.

Identify parts by pallet (e.g., MGB listing, Co7).

Promote additional products and services through suggestive selling during customer conversations.

Follow up on subcontracted projects.

Respond to customer inquiries, keep customers informed of any changes to their orders, and ensure proactive communication in coordination with the Director of Operations.
