Working under the direction of the Operational Manager and in collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary team, this permanent full-time outpatient social work position will support the cardiology program at Toronto General Hospital and the endocrinology program at Toronto General Hospital & Toronto Western Hospital (additional areas and duties may be assigned based on departmental needs).
