At UHN Mental Health, we serve some of the country’s most complex patients who suffer from comorbid mental and physical illness and are working to fully integrate physical and mental health in everything we do, for every patient, caregiver, provider and service. This goal is being advanced by a team of 100+ psychiatrists, 300+ interdisciplinary staff as well as 70+ learners and researchers spread across six clinical divisions at CMH: Acute Care & General Psychiatry, Depression, Eating Disorders, Medical Psychiatry, Outpatient Mental Health & Addictions Services, and Seniors’ Mental Health.

Overview of role: Program Lead, Transformation & Partnerships, Mental Health

Working under the direction of the Director, Transformation & Partnerships, the Program Lead, Transformation & Partnerships, oversees the development and planning activities relating to UHN Mental Health’s strategic action plan. Additionally, the role is responsible for supporting the Director in the planning, implementation and evaluation of strategic projects that involve interprofessional stakeholders, across a complex, multi-site program.

This is a 12-month temporary position covering a maternity leave, with the possibility of extension or consideration for a longer-term role based on organizational needs and performance.
