As a key contact for managers and employees, you will provide expert guidance on HOOPP matters while supporting broader HR operational support across the University Health Network (UHN). You will play a central role in the annual HOOPP Member Data Collection (MDC) process, manage reconciliation and accounting for all HOOPP-related transactions - including leave contributions and retroactive adjustments - and help ensure timely, accurate data submission. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively in a dynamic hybrid environment and make a meaningful impact on our organization’s pension management and employee experience.
About you
You bring a minimum of three years of hands-on experience administering pension plans and possess a solid understanding of payroll processes related to pension administration. Your analytical mindset and sound judgment enable you to tackle complex pension calculations and data validation with precision. You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, adept at explaining pension concepts clearly to a variety of audiences. Your proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel skills-including formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookups-supports your ability to manage detailed data efficiently. You excel at organizing competing priorities, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Above all, you are committed to delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
