Patient Observation Technician

University Health Network (“UHN”) is forming a new company, H.A.L.O. Telemonitoring Inc., that, moving forward, will be responsible for managing and promoting the HALO program. This success is a direct result of our team’s commitment and dedication to help grow and expand the program. The formation of this new company will enable a more dedicated focus on expanding this program and technology to patients nationally and internationally, achieving global impact. (This will foster growth and development).

The Human Attended Live Observation (H.A.L.O.) Telemonitor Program is dedicated to remotely monitoring and ensuring the safety of patients. As a member of the Telemonitoring team, the Patient Observation Technician provides continuous observation & monitoring to patients who are identified as a safety risk.

As a member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to patients through remote communication channels. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
