Position Summary

As a key leader within the People & Culture portfolio, the Manager, Scheduling Transformation will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of a new enterprise-wide scheduling system and the transformation of UHN’s scheduling operating model. This role will lead the end-to-end process of understanding functional requirements, translating them into system configurations, and redesigning scheduling processes to align with the future-state model.

The Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and project teams to ensure that the new scheduling system is implemented effectively and sustainably. This includes overseeing the documentation of business requirements, supporting system configuration and testing, and ensuring that redesigned processes are operationally sound, user-friendly, and aligned with collective agreements and clinical needs.
