Job Summary

As a member of the Surgical Services & Ambulatory Care team, the Administrative Assistant I serves as a key point of contact for patients, providers, and staff within a fast-paced ambulatory care environment. The role supports front desk operations, patient registration, appointment coordination, scheduling, referrals, and related administrative functions that contribute to safe and efficient clinic operations.

The successful candidate will be highly adaptable, organized, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment. They will enjoy learning new workflows, solving problems, coordinating administrative activities, and supporting both patients and clinical teams.
