Benefits


Duties:

- Prepare financial monthly statements and analysis, manage an accounting department of 4

employees (A/R, A/P, GL & Admin) and other financial reports as required.

-Oversee cash flow management

- Manage day to day Company Accounting

-Review of all contracts & agreements

-Point of contact for banks, auditors and tax authorities

-Ensure government compliance in all reporting areas

-Analysis and implementation of programs to increase accounting efficiency & accuracy

Skills:

-Accounting degree from a Canadian University (preferably a professional CPA) but not necessary or Finance + 5

years experience in manufacturing area

-Experience with current accounting software, computer programs and reporting tools and ERP

System. Epicor knowledge is an asset

-Detail and deadline oriented

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting

- Solid understanding of financial analysis techniques

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with all

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Must be responsible for financial reporting for several companies.
