We are looking for someone passionate about sales, fashion, sales data analysis, inventory turnover, and purchase/budget planning to join our team as a Planning & Allocation Manager.

As a Planning & Allocation Manager, you will ensure that the right products are sent to the right stores at the right time, in order to maximize sales and optimize inventory turnover. This key role involves sales analysis, inventory level management, and collaboration with planning, buying, and store operations teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage store inventory levels to ensure optimal product availability;
  • Monitor sales and inventory indicators (transfers, consolidations, replenishments) by category;
  • Collaborate with store managers to meet specific needs based on local trends;
  • Apply markdown and promotional strategies aligned with the commercial calendar;
  • Analyze sales performance by store, product, and collection;
  • Work closely with the buying teams and oversee planning to anticipate needs and adjust assortments;
  • Supervise the management and monitoring of purchasing budgets;
  • Maintain accuracy of allocation and merchandise movement data;
  • Establish short- and long-term forecasts (including KPIs);
  • Support store teams with contests or engagement initiatives related to allocation.

What you’ll need:

  • College diploma (DEC) in administration, fashion management, or related field (minimum); Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or related fields is an asset;
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in inventory allocation or planning, including at least 1 year in a managerial role, ideally in fashion or related products;
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and initiative;
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of Business Central is an asset;
  • Functional bilingualism (French and English, oral and written);
  • Interest in fashion and understanding of the product life cycle;
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
