ZAC-TRANZ INC. a division of Groupe Loyal ExpressDispatcher – Weekend / Emergency Line (40 hours paid)
Saint-Laurent (on-site + night remote work)

Schedule: Friday 3:00 PM to Monday 6:00 AM

3 days worked – 40 hours paid (weekly)

On-site at ZAC-TRANZ in Saint-Laurent
-
Work from home overnight (emergency line / road breakdown support)
-
Dispatch drivers and monitor equipment status
-
Ensure compliance with customer pickup and delivery standards
-
Communicate effectively with drivers, shippers, and consignees
-
Provide real-time assistance and support to drivers
-
Prioritize equipment utilization and optimize the intermodal fleet
-
Ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations
-
Quickly and effectively resolve in-transit shipment issues
-
Minimum of 5 years of dispatcher experience (mandatory)
-
Ability to manage 25+ drivers in a fast-paced environment

Strong knowledge of QC / ON operations and Quebec rail yards
-
Knowledge of drayage regulations
-
Strong organizational and computer skills
-
Bilingual (French / English)

Autonomous, resourceful, and a strong team player
Work environment

- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Intermediate Excel and Word skills)
- Strong communication skills in French and English, both spoken and written
